What does an Insurance Broker cost?

Our remuneration is disclosed to you in writing before you commit to anything. It is set out in our Financial Services Guide and Terms of Engagement.

Do you insure Hunter Valley wineries, breweries and distilleries?

Yes. We work with Hunter wineries, distilleries and breweries. Their cover often combines property, stock, product liability, product recall, cellar door public liability, transit, errors and omissions, and management liability.

Do you work with mining, construction and manufacturing businesses in the Hunter?

Yes. These are among the Hunter industries we support most, including manufacturing. We arrange cover such as contract works, public and products liability, plant and machinery, and workers compensation.

Why use an insurance broker instead of buying direct?

A broker compares options across multiple insurers and negotiates on your behalf. Through the Steadfast Network, Brindabella Insurance Brokers can access policy wordings that aren’t available direct. When you claim, you deal with one broker who knows your file.

Is Brindabella Insurance Brokers licensed?

Yes. Brindabella Insurance Brokers holds AFSL 500149, ABN 66 617 663 591.

Can you review my existing insurance policies?

Yes. Send through your current schedules and we’ll check for gaps, overlaps and whether your sums insured still fit your business. There is no cost for a policy review.

What do I need to get a quote?

Your business activities, annual turnover, staff numbers, current policy schedules and claims history from the last five years. You can request a quote online.

Can I deal with you without coming into the office?

Yes. You can meet a broker at 189 Union Street, The Junction, or work with us by phone and email. Office hours are 8:30am to 5:00pm.
